Under God, this world has been blessed with some impressive people who have dotted the world's scene with courage and inspiration. Let's look at some.

An abolitionist and strong advocate for women
Uncle Tom's Cabin and other writings were not the only contribution of the Stowe family to the world and the country. The Stowes did much to restore or represent family piety, anti-slavery efforts and women's rights. They developed skills into the next generation following them that improved relationships and family care: such as domestic care instruction.

Noted Poetess of the Revolutionary War Time
Born in freedom, in Africa and reared a slave in America; her poetry and writings are monuments to the faith of the Lord Jesus Christ. As a patriot and a wonderful woman of God she encouraged her country through her writings and gave all she had to the Revolutionary cause in America.
